3. Decode Their Messages: Animals have their ways of communicating, whether it's through body language, vocalizations, or subtle cues and of course they are always speaking to us. By connecting with them, you will know what they are trying to tell you and a whole new world opens up for you.

The more you release your doubts, fears and stressors to connect with your Pawsome furry friends, the quicker you will be able to connect with them and every area of your life transforms as well. You will feel calmer, more peaceful and trust and then everything falls into place much, much faster and easier as well as smoother. All areas of your life will transform.
5. If you have furry companions at home, it is vital to release anything bothering you on a daily basis.
As an example: If you are angry at someone it is very difficult to hear your inner voice. If you are scared about something, it is very hard to hear your inner voice, those nudges of what to do, etc. If you disbelieve or have distrust something or someone right now, then there is no way and no space for you to hear your inner voice. If you feel sad, hurt, disappointed about something going on in your life or a past situation or worried about something, worried about some future event, etc.. it is impossible to hear your inner voice.
So I say it is vital to let go of all the doubts, fears, worries, sadness and anger because once you do, you are like an automatic channel, a drain that is no longer clogged, you feel on top of the world and feel like you can take on the world with a whole new vision and light. You feel relaxed and happy and it is so easy then to hear the messages that your pawsome furry friends have for you.
This is a daily practice like brushing your teeth.
Since our furry friends take on our feelings and they sense right away how we are feeling, they want to console us but, by doing that, they take on everything that we are experiencing.
Allow me elaborate on that. They have emotions like we do. So they take on your fears, your worries, your doubts, your frustration, your anger towards something you are angry about.
Every emotion goes into our teeth, our teeth are connected to every organ. Our animals start taking our emotions on.
There are times, that they will take it on for you so you do not get sick, instead they put their lives in jeopardy for us. This is an extensive topic, I could speak about this forever. People do not realize that everything they are feeling, their animals feel. That is why it is VITAL and I stress this in every email, to release our emotional turmoil. If you do not know what you are feeling or how to release this baggage, emotions that you carry from the moment you are in your mothers womb, then it is time to find out.
Ask yourself how are you feeling right now?
What are you feeling?
Do you feel good in this moment?
Do you feel courageous?
Do you feel doubtful about anything?
Do you worry about anything?
Everyone of those emotions and those are just a few, a few, just a few, they take on.
Recently, as I have a biofeedback lady that works on my cat to also help me. We all can use help.
She told me my cat is very fatigued. She said it is too late to do anything except to work on myself. Now, I teach this and I myself go on stress release sessions at least 3 times a week if not more often. However, I am 64 right now on July 7th, 2023 and I have a bag full of emotions for 64 years. I have worked on myself a lot. Am I over everything, I am not over everything. Do I have themes still to work on? I most certainly do. Am I over things that made me mad, absolutely not. It is something we must do on a regular basis.
It is like getting your car checked and the oil changed. You know after years a house dilapitates and you need to fix things. It is that way with our emotions. My emotions affect my cat.
I have known that I am pretty darn fatigued. I also know I have to be careful and do everything to calm myself down, release my own fears in every area of my life, because I affect my cat.
Am I perfect, I am not and that is why I am here to express to you how important it is to release ALL OUR EMOTIONAL TURMOIL daily. Oh I do do positive exercises everyday, I do do them and I recommend you meditate or do something that makes you feel great everyday.
Everyday it is important to release our worries and fears and feel good about ourselves and because it is so vital for our pawsome furry friends well-being, I also offer Stress Release classes on a bi-weekly basis, as without reducing and completely releasing those nagging feelings, your animals are prone to all sorts of illnesses. I am not being negative. It is a fact.

On another note: I do believe that we need all components in our lives, like good sleep, how we eat, etc. however, for me the NUMBER ONE KILLER IS STRESS. You can look it up. You can do everything else like sports, eat right and get a great night’s rest, however if you are stressed out, I do not believe anything will help because those emotions have not been dealt with and they need to be squashed right now. Note, that this is not a one time deal. You do not brush your teeth once a year, correct? You do not eat once a month, do you? It is vital to release your stress on a daily basis and learn tools that suit you to help you like Inner Child work to Yoga, to stress release techniques like EFT, meditation, prayers or NLP or any other technique. Go jogging, gardening, play music, whatever makes you smile and be happy. Dance, go swimming, whatever makes you happy. Find things and ways that make you happy.
I do special techniques to help you release your nagging feelings within moments, however it is a daily exercise.
Take time for yourself because when you do, you change your life and your pawsome furry friends lives . You both are healthier, happier, live longer lives together and feel better and more relaxed. Get started right away and ….
