Trusting your own intuition

                                         NEWSLETTER FOURTEEN

Dear Pawsome Furry Friend Parents!

✨✉️ In our last Newsletter, I spoke about how I almost put my cat down.  In this Newsletter we are going to talk a little bit about trusting your own intuition and how important that is. . 🗣️❤️🐾

🐾 Trust Your Inner Voice 🗣️🐶🐱🐦

🌟 Welcome again to newsletter 14, that dedicated to the magical world of animals! 🌟

Have you ever wished you could trust your intuition more to understand what your pawsome furry friends are saying? 🐾🐾 Well, today we're going to explore a fascinating concept: trusting your inner voice to communicate with your pawsome animals! 🗣️🐶🐱🐦

🔮 Tune in to your Animal Instincts: Animals possess an incredible ability to communicate through non-verbal cues, body language, and energy. But please understand that you can tap into your own intuition to decipher their messages? ✨✨ Trusting your inner voice can deepen your bond with your beloved pawsome furry friends and the animal kingdom at large.

🧘‍♀️ Unlocking Your Inner Translator: Connecting with animals requires letting go of your anger, worries, fears and any emotional turmoil and any of those nagging feelings, an open mind, patience, and a willingness to listen on a deeper level. Here are a few tips to help you unleash your inner animal communicator:

1️⃣ Practice Active Observation: Observe your pet's behavior, movements, and expressions. Notice any patterns, reactions, or changes in their energy levels.  Also, as I already mentioned, check in with yourself and ask yourself and ask yourself  “How do I feel today?”  “What am I feeling?”  “Do I feel good?”  Do you feel sad, happy, anxious, relaxed, frustrated, peaceful, joyful, disliking something.  Check in with the way you feel and what you are feeling right now!

Ask yourself those questions, because your feelings reflect your furry friends emotions and feelings as I have said before.  Do you feel guilty?  Have shame?  Feel disappointed?  Are you feeling happy and excited?  Do you feel bored or lonely?

Here is a way to release your emotional turmoil..

Can you welcome all of that emotional stuff you are going through?

Can you accept it?

Can you allow yourself to just feel what you feel?

Can you allow yourself to let anything you are feeling go?  Just could you do that?  Just for now can you let anything you feel go..and release it some more...and let it just dissipate if you can and some more.. Well since this is virtual, you will see if these sentences helped a little, but do not expect too much as this is virtual.

In a live session we will dig deeper into helping you release those emotions that connect to your animals and have them subside and vanish so you feel happy, freer, excited and relaxed, totally in peace and in harmony.

2️⃣ Listen to the Silence: Sometimes, animals communicate in subtle ways that go beyond words. Pay attention to the gaps in their communication and tune in to the unspoken messages.

3️⃣ Cultivate Empathy: Put yourself in their paws (or wings!) and try to understand their world from their perspective. Empathy opens doors to profound connections.

4️⃣ Meditate and Connect: Dedicate quiet moments to clear your mind and create a mental space for communication. Visualize a peaceful connection between you and your animal companions.

🐾 Fun Fact: As I have been telling you that your animals can sense our emotions? They are highly attuned to our energy and can provide incredible comfort and support during challenging times. 🤗🐾 but because they are highly attuned and do not have filters, that means anything to stop the energy coming to or at them, if the energy was negative they will take it on.  So as an example, if you are mad, they will take on that energy.

Have you ever experienced your dog or cat biting or attacking out of the blue if you get really angry, mad or upset or cry?  They just took on your energy and do not know what to do with it and sometimes attack, that is why they attacked you.  So calm yourself down.. I know it is sometimes easier said then done, but I know it from my own experiences.
